How do I create an account?
Click on "Get Started" or "Register" in the navigation menu. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and complete your profile with basic information.
How do I book an appointment?
After logging in, go to "Find Doctors" or "Book Appointment". Browse available doctors, select a time slot that works for you, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What do I need for a video consultation?
You'll need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. Make sure your browser allows camera and microphone access.
How do I access my prescriptions?
After your consultation, your prescription will be available in your account under "Prescriptions". You can view, download, or share it directly with pharmacies.
Can I get medications delivered?
Yes! We have an integrated pharmacy network. After receiving your prescription, you can order medications through our platform and choose home delivery or pickup at a nearby pharmacy.
